Honey Basil Marinated Chicken with Beach Greens

Directions

  1. Place chicken on the grill and brush with 1/2 oz of the dressing. Flip chicken and brush with 1/2 oz of dressing.
  2. In a bowl place greens, then top with cucumbers. Then top with onions, cashews then strawberries. Place tomatoes around bowl and then sliced strawberries then cheese.
  3. Slice chicken at a 45 degree and shingle over top, place microgreens on top and serve

  • 3 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Cherry, blistered
  • 5 oz Village Garden® Honey Basil Garlic Vinaigrette
  • 1 West Creek® Chicken, Breast(s)
