Honey Basil Marinated Chicken with Beach Greens
Directions
- Place chicken on the grill and brush with 1/2 oz of the dressing. Flip chicken and brush with 1/2 oz of dressing.
- In a bowl place greens, then top with cucumbers. Then top with onions, cashews then strawberries. Place tomatoes around bowl and then sliced strawberries then cheese.
- Slice chicken at a 45 degree and shingle over top, place microgreens on top and serve
