Irish Mushy Peas


  1. While peas are warm from cooking, place in food processor.
  2. Add heavy cream, butter, salt, and pepper then pulse.
  3. You want to see some broken peas in the mix.


  • 1 lb West Creek® Peas, Frozen, cooked
  • 1/4 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy
  • 2 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted, melted
  • 1/4 tsp Magellan® sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
