Jamaican Jerk Tuna Tacos
Directions
Coat tuna with jerk seasoning. Heat oil over high heat in sauté pan. Add tuna and cook for 1-2 minutes per side. Dice tuna into for equal portions.
In each tortilla, add portion of slaw then tuna. Top with mango salsa and drizzle with chipotle avocado, then serve.

Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp cinnamon, ground
2 tbsp garlic, powder
1 tbsp nutmeg
2 tbsp onion powder
1 cup paprika
1 tbsp parsley, flakes
4 tsp salt, kosher
1 tbsp thyme, dry
Jicama and Sweet Pepper Slaw
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and allow to rest overnight in the refrigerator for best flavor results.

1 cup jicama(s), julienned

Chipotle Avocado Puree
Directions
Puree all ingredients together in food processor. Puree will last one day under refrigeration.

Directions
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, toss well and check for seasoning.
