Natures Best Leek Cream Sauce

Directions

  1. In a saucepan add olive oil, leeks, and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add Chablis wine, salt, and pepper. Allow to reduce by half.
  3. Now pour in heavy cream and whisk in goat cheese. Allow this to simmer until thick for about 2-3 minutes then serve.

  • 1/2 cup Roma® Goat Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 1/2 cups Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy Whipping
  • 1 tsp Roma Garlic, chopped
  • 4 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® leeks, cleaned and sliced thin
  • 2 tsp Roma® Oil, Olive
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® sea salt
  • 1/2 cup Piancone® cooking Chablis wine
