Peak® Iceberg Wedge


  1. Place a wedge on a chilled plate then top with dressing and a portion of sliced red onion.
  2. Arrange tomatoes around wedge.
  3. Sprinkle crumbles and bacon on top then serve.

  • 1/2 cup Village Garden Bleu Cheese Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Roma Blue Cheese Crumble
  • 12 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® Cherry Tomatoes Red, cut in half
  • 1/2 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, julienne
  • 8 ea. Ridgecrest® Bacon, cooked and crumbled
