Peppadew Beer Cheese Flatbread

Directions

  1. Mix Cheddar cold pack cheese, beer and diced Peppadew peppers to spreadable consistency
  2. Spread Cheese mixture evenly over entire Flatbread Top with shredded Bacio cheese Sprinkle on strips of peppers and caramelized onions
  3. Bake in pizza oven at 450 until cheese melts and garnish with diced Peppadews
  4. Slice at angle and enjoy!!

  • 3 oz Bacio Whole Milk Cheese, shredded
  • 4 1/2 oz Peppadew Beer Cheese Spread
  • 1 Heritage Ovens flatbread
  • 1 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, shaved, caramelized
  • 1 oz Peppadews, diced
  • 2 1/2 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Rainbow, sliced
