Philly Iceberg Cheesecake Pops


  1. Set up a double boiler. Add the white chocolate pieces to a bowl over the simmering water. Stir until melted and then stir in the coconut oil.
  2. Insert a popsicle stick into each slice of cheesecake. Dip each slice of cheesecake halfway in the chocolate shell (may use a spoon to pour over top as well) and then decorate the chocolate area with the sprinkles and sugar.
  3. Let set for about 5 minutes for the shell to harden or transfer to the freezer to store.


  • 1 Philadelphia Cheesecake, plain
  • 2 cups chocolate, white, chips
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup Blue & White Decorating Sprinkles
