Piancone Epicureo® Rack of Lamb


  1. In a bowl combine breadcrumbs, Dijon, herbs, and parmesan cheese.
  2. Generously rub the rack with this blend.
  3. Heat oven to 385-degrees F. Place lamb on backing rack placed on a sheet pan.
  4. Cook for 15-20 minutes until medium rare to medium then serve.


  • 2 ea Piancone Epicureo® frenched rack of lamb, domestic
  • 1/2 cup mustard, dijon
  • 1/2 cup Roma® breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Sage, chopped
  • 3 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Rosemary, Fresh, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Roma® Cheese, Parmesan
