Pistachio Brittle
Directions
- Line sheet pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking oil.
- In a saucepan over medium heat add sugar, water, corn syrup, and salt. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat and add pistachios, baking soda and butter.
- Stir until it stops foaming. Pour this mixture in sheet pan and cool for 30 minutes until cook then break apart for use.
Ingredients
- 1 lb pistachios
- 2 cups West Creek® Sugar, Granulated
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup West Creek® light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp Magellan® sea salt
- 3 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Brilliance cooking spray
