Directions
- Ultimo dough ball hand tossed to make the bun
- Lightly coat with pizza sauce and cheese and pepperoni, bake in oven at 450 degrees
- Hand patty Braveheart beef into 5 oz patty Grill burger to desired doneness
- Place one mini pizza bun on plate, sauce side up
- Place burger on bun Drizzle with pesto
- Place remaining bun on top with sauce side up

- 5 oz Braveheart Burger
- 1 1/2 oz Ultimo!® Pizza Sauce, Fully Prepared
- 1 oz Roma® Basil Pesto
- 4 slices Roma® Bold Pepperoni
- 2 Ultimo dough ball 2.5 oz
