Pizza Eggs Florentine


  1. Remove pizza crust from freezer.
  2. Brush dough with 1oz Hollandaise sauce. Top with spinach, bacon, and mozzarella cheese. Bake pizza, following directions on case.
  3. Top baked pizza with poached eggs and remaining Hollandaise sauce.
