Pork Loin Chops with Chipotle Glaze

Directions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat add beer, garlic and onion. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Now whisk in chipotle puree, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, and honey. Simmer for 8-1o minutes. Puree with a wand mixer. Then fold in cilantro.
  3. Once glaze is cooled toss pork chops with half of glaze and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Remove pork chops from cooler and let rest for 3-4 minutes at room temperature for a juicy chop.
  5. Cook pork chops on medium-high area of grill to an internal temperature of 145° brush with glaze while cooking to get a good caramelization.
  6. Remove from heat and rest for 1-2 minutes before serving for a juicy bite. Serve some of the sauce on the side.

  • 4 tbsp West Creek® Honey
