            Pork Loin with Chipotle Cane Sauce
            
                
                    Directions
                    
    - Coat the top of the pork loin with all of the above herbs and spices. 
 
    - Pre heat oven to 375 degrees. 
 
    - Place pork in roasting pan and cover , cook for 30-40 minutes. 
 
    - Allow pork to rest for 20 minutes before slicing. After cooled, slice pork loin and top with chipotle cane syrup and serve.
 
                 
                
                    Ingredients
                    
                                    - 1/4 cup paprika 
 
                                    - 1/4 cup thyme, dry
 
                                    - 5 lbs pork, loin(s)
 
                                    - 1/4 cup Roma® Basil, Dry
 
                                    - 2 tbsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
 
                                    - 1/4 cup Roma® Cumin, Ground
 
                                    - 1/4 cup Roma® Oregano, dry
 
                                    - 2 tbsp salt, kosher 
 
                    
                 
             
                 
                
                
                
                    Chipotle Cane Sauce
                    
                        
                            Directions
                            
    - In a sauce pan over medium high heat add oil, poblano peppers, onion, salt, pepper and red chili flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes. 
 
    - Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
 
    -  Add pineapple juice and chipotle puree then reduce by half. 
 
    - Add simple syrup and cook for 2-3 minutes. 
 
    - Puree and serve over salad.

                                            - 1 1/2 tbsp red pepper, flakes

                                            - 2 cups simple syrup
