Pork Roast with Sweet and Sour BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Season the pork with salt and pepper. Sear it and then roast in the oven.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, then reduce.
- Brush with sauce near the end of the cook time.
- Slice and serve with additional sauce.

- 1 lb. Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), diced
- 1/2 lb. Ridgecrest® Beef Base
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 gallons water
- 1 West Creek® Pork, Loin, Boneless
- 1 lb. West Creek® Sugar, Brown
- 1/2 can West Creek® Tomato Paste
- 1 gallon West Creek® Vinegar, Red Wine
