Pulled Pork Sweet Potato Fries

Directions

  1. Place fries into fryer at 350ºF (180ºC) and fry for 3–3 1/4 minutes.
  2. Divide fries and top with warm pulled pork, aged cheddar and sour cream.
  3. Garnish with pickled red onion and jalapeno slices.

  • 2 cups BBQ pulled pork
  • 1 cup cheese, cheddar , aged
  • 2 jalapeño(s), thinly sliced
  • 4 tbsp. sour cream
  • onions, red, pickled, for garnish
