Raspberry Coulis


  1. In a saucepan add sugar and orange juice simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Pour in liquor then pour mixture in blender with raspberries and puree.


  • 1 lb Peak Fresh Produce® raspberries
  • 1/2 cup West Creek® Sugar, Granulated
  • 1/2 cup Ascend® Juice, Orange 100%
  • 1/4 cup liqueur, Grand Marnier
