Ridgecrest® Backyard Dog


  1. Place hot dog on high heat area of the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes to create a crispy snap to the dog.
  2. Put frank on bun and top with chili. then cheese, and finish with diced onion. Enjoy this classic.


  • 1 ea Heritage Ovens® hot dog bun, steamed
  • 1 ea Ridgecrest® hot dog
  • 2 tbsp West Creek® Cheese Shredded, Cheddar
  • 1/4 cup Delancey Street Deli® chili, warmed
  • 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, small diced
