Roast Beast Pie

Directions

  1. Pre-heat pizza oven.
  2. Place crust on pizza screen and ladle sauce in center then with a swirling motion move sauce towards the edge.
  3. Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on top of sauce.
  4. Now break apart sliced roast beef and randomly arrange.
  5. Add onion, green onion, and peppers on top. Follow the remaining cheese and salt and pepper.
  6. Brush olive oil in edge of crust and cook in chosen oven.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Northland Star® Cheese, Cheddar, shredded
  • 3 oz Natures Best Dairy® Cheese Sauce, (recipe below)
  • 1 14 in Ultimo!® Thin Crust, parbaked
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Piancone® Oil, Olive
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), White, caramelized
  • 1/8 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® tri-color baby peppers, sliced
  • 3 oz Ridgecrest® Roast Beef, sliced
  • 1/8 tsp Kosher salt

Nature's Best Dairy® Cheese Sauce

Directions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat add heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2.  Simmer for 6-7 minutes.
  3. Whisk in cheddar cheese until complete melted and incorporated.

  • 1/8 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
  • 4 oz Northland Star® Cheese, Cheddar, shredded
  • 1 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy
  • 1/8 tsp Kosher salt
