Roasted Turkey Breast
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients except for the turkey breast.
- Brush the marinade evenly over the turkey breast and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours (preferably overnight).
- Remove the turkey from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roast the turkey breast on a wire rack for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Optionally, you can turn on the broiler for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking to brown the top, being careful not to burn the turkey.
- Let the turkey rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and rosemary sprigs.

- (1) 5 lb. turkey, breast(s), deboned, skin on
- 1 cup Hellmann’s® Real Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. mustard, dijon
- 4 garlic, clove(s), minced
- 1 tbsp. thyme, fresh, minced
- 1 tbsp. rosemary, fresh leaves, minced
- 1 tsp. paprika, smoked
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, optional
- parsley, fresh, or rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
