Roasted Turkey Breast

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients except for the turkey breast.
  2. Brush the marinade evenly over the turkey breast and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours (preferably overnight).
  3. Remove the turkey from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roast the turkey breast on a wire rack for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Optionally, you can turn on the broiler for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking to brown the top, being careful not to burn the turkey.
  5. Let the turkey rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and rosemary sprigs.

  • (1) 5 lb. turkey, breast(s), deboned, skin on
  • 1 cup Hellmann’s® Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. mustard, dijon
  • 4 garlic, clove(s), minced
  • 1 tbsp. thyme, fresh, minced
  • 1 tbsp. rosemary, fresh leaves, minced
  • 1 tsp. paprika, smoked
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, optional
  • parsley, fresh, or rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
