Roma® Gorgonzola and Asparagus Salad

Directions

  1. Toss asparagus in olive oil. Then place on medium heat area of the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove and plate.
  2. Drizzle asparagus with unfiltered olive oil followed by balsamic glaze.
  3. Season and flavor with salt and pepper. Finish the dish with gorgonzola crumbles and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. asparagus, peeled
  • 1 tbsp Roma® Pure Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Roma® Cheese Crumbles, Gorgonzola
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
  • 1/4 cup Piancone® Extra Virgin Olive Oil Unfiltered
  • 3 tbsp Piancone® Balsamic Glaze
