Roma® Gorgonzola and Asparagus Salad
Directions
- Toss asparagus in olive oil. Then place on medium heat area of the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove and plate.
- Drizzle asparagus with unfiltered olive oil followed by balsamic glaze.
- Season and flavor with salt and pepper. Finish the dish with gorgonzola crumbles and enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. asparagus, peeled
- 1 tbsp Roma® Pure Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Roma® Cheese Crumbles, Gorgonzola
- 1/8 tsp Magellan® sea salt
- 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
- 1/4 cup Piancone® Extra Virgin Olive Oil Unfiltered
- 3 tbsp Piancone® Balsamic Glaze
