Sautéed Apple & Cabbage


  1. In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil and bacon. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add onion, cabbage, apples, salt, and pepper to pan and cook for 6-7 minutes, until cabbage is browned and softened.
  3. Pour in cider and sherry and allow to reduce by half.
  4. Add apple juice and simmer for 8-10 minutes, then serve.
