Shrimp with Marie Rose Sauce


  1. In a pot bring water, lemon, tablespoon of salt, and Cajun seasoning to a boil. Drop shrimp in and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from boil then cool for service.
  2. Whisk together ketchup, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and cayenned for sauce.
  3. Place a portion of shrimp on chilled plate then top with sauce and serve.


  • 1 lb 16/20 Bay Winds Tail on Shrimp, peeled, deveined
  • 1 gal water
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Lemon(s), cut in half
  • 1 cup Magellan® Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp salt, sea
  • 1 cup Delancey Street Deli® mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup West Creek® Ketchup
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ascend® Juice, Lemon
  • 1/8 tsp Roma® Cayenne Pepper
