Sirloin Filet with Balsamic Honey Glaze

Directions

  1. Coat sirloin filet with olive oil, sea salt and black pepper. Allow to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook on an open flame grill or griddle to desired degree of doneness.
  3. Allow Braveheart® sirloin filet to rest for 5 minutes. Plate and top with balsamic honey glaze.

  • 9 oz Braveheart® Black Angus Beef Steak(s), Sirloin Fillet
  • 2 oz Piancone® Oil, Olive
  • 1 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
  • 1 tsp salt, sea

Balsamic Honey Glaze

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in sauce pan over medium high heat.
  2. Allow to reduce 60 percent. Serve.
