Smoked Turkey Salad

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir gently until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to place on mixed greens or to prepare sandwiches.

  • 5 cups Ridgecrest Turkey Breast, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 2 cups onion(s), diced
  • 2 cups cherries, dried, tart, chopped
  • 2 cups apples, diced
  • 1 cup basil, fresh, minced
  • 2 cups mayonnaise, light
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper, freshly ground
  • 3 tbsp. fresh juice, (pomegranate, orange, or lime)
