Sonoran Doggo

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Wrap beef franks with bacon and place on sheet tray. Roast for 10 minutes.
  3. Rotate the franks and continue to roast until bacon is rendered golden. Reserve.
  4. Assemble the doggo to your liking with pico de gallo salsa, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, red salsa, avocado slices and jalapeño chiles on bolillo or split hot dog buns.

  • 8 strips Smithfield® Bacon
  • 8 beef franks
  • 8 Bolillo rolls, or split hot dog buns
  • 1 pt. pico de gallo
  • mayonnaise, as desired
  • mustard, yellow, as desired
  • Salsa Roja, as desired
  • avocado, slices, as desired
  • jalapeño chiles, as desired
