Sonoran Doggo
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Wrap beef franks with bacon and place on sheet tray. Roast for 10 minutes.
- Rotate the franks and continue to roast until bacon is rendered golden. Reserve.
- Assemble the doggo to your liking with pico de gallo salsa, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, red salsa, avocado slices and jalapeño chiles on bolillo or split hot dog buns.

- 8 beef franks
- 8 Bolillo rolls, or split hot dog buns
- 1 pt. pico de gallo
- mayonnaise, as desired
- mustard, yellow, as desired
- Salsa Roja, as desired
- avocado, slices, as desired
- jalapeño chiles, as desired
