            Spicy FarmSmart Chicken Taco
            
                
                    Directions
                    
    - Toss chicken with gochujang allow to marinate overnight in refrigeration.
 
    - In a sauté pan over medium heat add olive oil and cook chicken until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. 
 
    - Warm flour tortillas. 
 
    - Slice chicken and portion on both tortillas. Top with onion slaw and guacamole then streak with tabasco sour cream.
 
                 
                
                    Ingredients
                    
                                    - 1 5 oz FarmSmart boneless skinless chicken breast
 
                                    - 2 4 in Contigo® Tortilla(s), Flour
 
                                    - 1/2 cup Gochujang
 
                                    - 2 tbsp Contigo® Guacamole
 
                                    - 2 tbsp Natures Best tabasco sour cream , recipe follows
 
                                    - 2 tbsp Piancone® Oil, Olive
 
                    
                 
             
                 
                
                
                
                    Sweet Onion Slaw
                    
                        
                            Directions
                            
    - In a sauté pan add olive oil, red onion, white onion, yellow onion, shallot, salt and pepper.
 
    - Cook for 2-3 minutes until onions are caramelized.
 
    - Pour in sherry and allow to reduce by 2/3 rds.
 
    - Remove from heat toss in green onions and allow to cool down under refrigeration.

    - Combine all the above ingredients.
