West Creek® Spinach & Artichoke Quiche
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together: Eggs, Cream, Salt & Pepper.
- Add Premade spinach artichoke dip, Mozzarella, Parmesan & Roasted Tomatoes.
- Pour the mixture into the precooked crust and smooth out the top with a spatula.
- Bake at 375°F for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and no longer jiggly.

- 4 ea. Nature’s Best Dairy® Large AA Cage Free Egg(s)
- 1/2 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy
- 1/2 cup Bacio® Cheese Block, Whole Milk Mozzarella, shredded
- 1/4 cup Roma® Cheese Grated, Parmesan
- 1/4 cup Roma® Roasted Tomato Wedges, julienne
- 1/8 tsp. West Creek® Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Contigo® ground black pepper
