West Creek® Spinach & Artichoke Quiche

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together: Eggs, Cream, Salt & Pepper.
  3. Add Premade spinach artichoke dip, Mozzarella, Parmesan & Roasted Tomatoes.
  4. Pour the mixture into the precooked crust and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and no longer jiggly.

  • (1) 10 in. pie crust
  • 1 cup West Creek® Spinach Artichoke Dip
  • 4 ea. Nature’s Best Dairy® Large AA Cage Free Egg(s)
  • 1/2 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy
  • 1/2 cup Bacio® Cheese Block, Whole Milk Mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Roma® Cheese Grated, Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup Roma® Roasted Tomato Wedges, julienne
  • 1/8 tsp. West Creek® Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Contigo® ground black pepper
