Entice® Tater Keg Cinco Nachos


  1. Fry the Tater Kegs until golden brown. Toss kegs with chorizo crumbles and butter.
  2. Place kegs on service platter. Drizzle with crema.
  3. Top with corn, red peppers, jalapenos, green onion, white onion, green chilies, cotija cheese and crown with cilantro.
  4. Place limes around platter then serve.


  • 1/2 cup Contigo® Chorizo Crumbles, warmed
  • 3 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), White, small dice
  • 1/4 cup Contigo® Diced Green Chilies, drained
  • 1/4 cup West Creek® Whole Corn Kernels, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup Roma® roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 4 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, finely chopped
  • 2 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, sprigs, for garnish
  • 1 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Lime(s), cut in half and charred for garnish
  • 2 tbsp Contigo® Sliced Jalapenos
  • 3 tbsp Contigo Cotija Cheese , grated
  • 2 tbsp Crema, for garnish
  • 2 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted, room temperature
