Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps


  1. Toss plant-based chicken shreds, green onion, cilantro, chili sauce, and teriyaki. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Place lettuce cup on plate then portion chicken blend at room temperature and serve.


  • 1 ea head of butterhead lettuce, leaves removed for cups
  • 4 cups Green Origin® Philly chicken shreds
  • 3 tbsp Asian Pride® chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup Asian Pride® Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, minced
