Thanksgiving Panini
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup of Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, cranberry sauce, and Dijon mustard. Set aside.
- Spread the remaining mayonnaise onto one side of each slice of bread and lay them out on a parchment-lined sheet pan, mayonnaise side down.
- Next, layer the Swiss cheese, arugula, shredded turkey, gravy, and cranberry aioli onto half of the bread slices.
- Press the sandwiches together and grill them in a panini pan for 2-3 minutes, or until the bread is crusty and golden brown and the cheese is melted.

- 20 slices bread, crusty (such as sourdough)
- 2 cups Hellmann’s® Real Mayonnaise, divided
- 10 slices cheese, Swiss
- 2 cups arugula, (or other fresh salad green)
- 3 cups turkey, shredded
- 3 cups gravy, turkey
- 1 cup Cranberry sauce, (canned or homemade)
- 2 tbsp. mustard, dijon
