Thanksgiving Panini

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup of Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, cranberry sauce, and Dijon mustard. Set aside.
  2. Spread the remaining mayonnaise onto one side of each slice of bread and lay them out on a parchment-lined sheet pan, mayonnaise side down.
  3. Next, layer the Swiss cheese, arugula, shredded turkey, gravy, and cranberry aioli onto half of the bread slices.
  4. Press the sandwiches together and grill them in a panini pan for 2-3 minutes, or until the bread is crusty and golden brown and the cheese is melted.

  • 20 slices bread, crusty (such as sourdough)
  • 2 cups Hellmann’s® Real Mayonnaise, divided
  • 10 slices cheese, Swiss
  • 2 cups arugula, (or other fresh salad green)
  • 3 cups turkey, shredded
  • 3 cups gravy, turkey
  • 1 cup Cranberry sauce, (canned or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp. mustard, dijon
