Vegetable Lo Mein
Directions
- Add sesame oil and vegetable oil to pan over high heat.
- Add onions, garlic, and Scallions. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add celery, carrots, cabbage and peas and sauté until vegetables are al dente.
- Add noodles, soy, and Maggi Seasoning. Toss until well mixed and all ingredients are hot.

- 2 oz. onion(s), sweet, raw, Julienne
- 1 tbsp. garlic, clove(s), fresh, minced
- 1/4 cup scallions, sliced
- 1/2 cup celery, julienne
- 1 cup Carrots, raw, julienne
- 1 cup Cabbage, raw, fine shredded
- 1/2 cup peas, green, frozen
- 1 qt. Asian noodles, cooked, hot
- 1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce, light
- 1 1/2 tsp. Maggi® Seasoning
