West Creek® Cheese Grits


  1. Bring water, salt, pepper, and butter to a boil.
  2. Stir in grits and reduce to a simmer. Cook for 5-6 minutes until creamy.
  3. Remove from heat and fold in cheese then serve.


  • 2 cups West Creek® grits
  • 6 cups water
  • 3 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
  • 1/2 tsp Magellan® sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
  • 1 cup Roma® provolone and gouda blend, shredded
