West Creek® Chili Crusted Burger


  1. Whisk mayonnaise and chipotle puree in a bowl then reserve.
  2. Whisk cumin, chili powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Season both sides of burger with chili powder blend then cook on grill for 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Top with cheese slice and melt.
  5. Spread chipotle mayo on bun then top with cheeseburger patty and serve.


  • 2 ea West Creek® 3-1 burger
  • 2 ea Heritage Oven's burger bun, sesame seed
  • 2 ea West Creek® Cheese Slice(s), Cheddar
  • 1 tbsp Magellan® Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Magellan® Cumin, ground
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
  • 1/2 cup Delancey Street® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Contigo® chipotle peppers, pureed
