West Creek® Street Corn
Directions
- Rub corn in olive oil then place on grill to char and cook for 5-6 minutes. Turning periodically.
- In a bowl whisk together mayonnaise and Cajun seasoning.
- Remove corn from grill then rub with mayonnaise mixture. Dip to coat in cotija cheese then sprinkle with cilantro.

- 6 ea West Creek® 5.5-inch corn on the cob , thawed
- 2 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
- 1/2 cup West Creek® Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Magellan® Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup Contigo Cotija Cheese , grated
- 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro
