Wood Fired Pizza with Fresh Tomatoes and Basil


  1. Thaw and hand stretch pizza crust.
  2. Slice fresh tomatoes.
  3. Top crust with pizza sauce. Top with diced cheese. Arrange sliced tomatoes on top. Add sliced olives.
  4. Baked in wood fired pizza oven at 500 degrees until crust is done, rotate as needed.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil and parmesan cheese, cut and enjoy.

  • 8 leaves Peak Fresh Produce® Basil
