Brandy Peppercorn Sauce
Directions
- In a sauce pan over medium high heat add oil. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Next add brandy and ignite to reduce by half . Now add rosemary, salt, peppercorns and heavy cream.
- Cook for 1 minute and then whisk in beef base and reduce by half.
- Add parmesan cheese and serve.

- 1/2 Cups(s) brandy
- 2 Cups(s) Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy, 40% heavy
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1 tsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s), minced
- 1/2 tsp. peppercorns, black, coarsely ground
- 1 tsp. Raffinato® Cheese Grated, Parmesan
- 1 1/2 tsp. rosemary, fresh sprigs, minced
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. West Creek® Base, Beef
