Brandy Peppercorn Sauce

Directions

  1. In a sauce pan over medium high heat add oil. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Next add brandy and ignite to reduce by half . Now add rosemary, salt, peppercorns and heavy cream. 
  3. Cook for 1 minute and then whisk in beef base and reduce by half. 
  4. Add parmesan cheese and serve.

  • 2 Cups(s) Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy, 40% heavy
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s), minced
  • 1/2 tsp. peppercorns, black, coarsely ground
  • 1 tsp. Raffinato® Cheese Grated, Parmesan
  • 1 1/2 tsp. rosemary, fresh sprigs, minced
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. West Creek® Base, Beef
