Braveheart® Jack O Burger


  1. Using a pastry cutter of knife cut two triangles from the top bun to make the eyes of the jack o lantern.
  2. Cut the cheese on a bias to form triangles.
  3. Season the burger with Cajun seasoning then grill the burger to desired internal degree of doneness.
  4. Place the cheese on the burger with the pointed ends hanging over the patty to resemble teeth.
  5. On the bottom bun add lettuce, onion and tomato then top with burger with melted cheese teeth.
  6. Place bun on top with eyes cut out then secure the green bell pepper stem with a toothpick on top of bun to complete the jack o lantern.


  • 1 8 oz Braveheart Burger
  • 1 tbsp Magellan® Cajun seasoning
  • 1 ea Heritage Oven's burger bun, sesame seed, toasted
  • 2 slices ea West Creek® cheese cheddar
  • 2 slices ea Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es)
  • 1 leaf ea Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce
  • 1 stem ea Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Green Bell, for garnish
  • 1 slice ea Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red
