Braveheart Lomo Saltado


  1. Season and cut the beef into strips. Heat the oil and stir fry the beef. Remove and set aside.
  2. Stir fry the garlic, ginger, green onions and peppers. Add the General Tsao sauce. Stir in the chili paste and tomatoes. Add the beef into the sauce.
  3. Ladle the beef over the rice.
  4. Garnish with cilantro and fries


  • 6 oz Braveheart® Black Angus Beef Tenderloin, or Surety Teres Major
  • cilantro, fresh, to garnish
  • 3-4 oz West Creek Highway 40 fries , cooked
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup Asian Pride® General Tso Sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, fresh minced
  • 1 tbsp green onions, sliced
  • oil
  • 1 cup rice, white, cooked
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp yellow peppers, diced
