Braveheart® Steak Bite Eggs Sardou


  1. Heat oil to 350-degrees F. Cook Angus bites for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Place English muffin halves on plate then top with ¼ cup spinach and artichoke dip per muffin half. Top spinach and artichoke dip with three bites per muffin half.
  3. Carefully place poached egg then ladle 2 oz. of hollandaise per egg.
  4. Garnish with parsley and serve.

  • 1 Heritage Ovens® English Muffin(s), sliced in half, toasted
  • 2 Nature's Best Dairy® Egg(s), soft poached
  • 1/2 cup West Creek® spinach and artichoke dip, prepared
  • 4 oz hollandaise sauce
  • 4 sprigs Peak Fresh Produce® Parsley, Fresh Italian Flat-Leaf, for garnish
