Buffalo Chicken Flatbread

Directions

For Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip:

  1. Combine Frank’s® RedHot® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce with cream cheese, dressing and Monterey Jack cheese. Blend in chicken, heat to melt cheeses and combine. Yields 6 lb. or 10-1/2 cups.

To Build Flatbread:

  1. Preheat oven to 400˚F. Spread flatbread with ½ cup Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip, leaving a ½ inch border along edges. Cover with cheese and diced chicken.
  2. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes until cheese is melted and flatbread is crisp. Garnish with celery and blue cheese. Cut in wedges.

  • 1 tbsp cheese, blue, crumbles
  • 1 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 1 tbsp celery
  • 3 lb chicken thighs , cooked
  • 2 tbsp chicken thighs , diced
  • 1 1/2 lb cream cheese
  • 1 each bread, flatbread
  • 3/4 cup cheese, Monterey Jack
  • 1/3 cup cheese, mozzarella
