Cajun Cauliflower Steak
Directions
- Slice cauliflower from top to bottom about 1 inch thick.
- Season with salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning.
- Sear in olive oil and bake for 15 minutes in a 350 F oven to finish.
- Serve on a bed of Cajun rice.
