Cajun Shrimp and Halibut Taco


  1. Season and sauté the vegetables and sausage. Season the shrimp and halibut with the Cajun seasoning. Sauté the seafood in a hot pan.
  2. Combine the sour cream and mustard.
  3. Divide the vegetable mix on top of the flour tortillas. Top with shrimp and halibut.
  4. Finish with a touch of the sour cream mixture.


  • 1 West Creek Andouille Sausage , cooked and sliced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Celery, sliced
  • 1 tbsp mustard, creole
  • 6 each tortilla(s), flour, 4-inch
  • 2 oz Peak Fresh Produce Green Peppers, julienned
  • 6 oz halibut, fillet(s), large diced
  • oil
  • 2 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 each Bay Winds® Shrimp, White 21-25 Count, tail off
  • 2 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Sour Cream
