Cold Smoked Salmon Pizza


  1. Whip cream cheese, capers, salt, pepper, and shallots.
  2. Warm crust in pre-heated 500-degree F oven for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture on crust while warm. Arrange sliced salmon on top then place a spoon of caviar in eight spots by crust. (This is for a spoon per slice.)
  4. Cut pizza into 8 slices then enjoy.


  • 1 12 in Ultimo® wood fired crust
  • 1 1/2 lb Empire’s Treasure® sliced cold smoked salmon
  • 1 lb Nature's Best Dairy® Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup shallot(s), diced and caramelized
  • 2 tbsp Roma® Capers 
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
  • 1/2 tsp Magellan® caviar
