            Cold Smoked Salmon Pizza
Directions
- Whip cream cheese, capers, salt, pepper, and shallots.
 - Warm crust in pre-heated 500-degree F oven for 5-6 minutes.
 - Spread cream cheese mixture on crust while warm. Arrange sliced salmon on top then place a spoon of caviar in eight spots by crust. (This is for a spoon per slice.)
 - Cut pizza into 8 slices then enjoy.

- 1 12 in Ultimo® wood fired crust
 - 1 1/2 lb Empire’s Treasure® sliced cold smoked salmon
 - 1 lb Nature's Best Dairy® Cream Cheese
 - 1/4 cup shallot(s), diced and caramelized
 - 2 tbsp Roma® Capers
 - 1/8 tsp Magellan® sea salt
 - 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
 - 1/2 tsp Magellan® caviar
