            Country Sausage Quiche
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the scallions, spinach, cheddar, eggs, and gravy. Season with salt and pepper.
 - Divide into two prepared pie crusts.
 - Place in center of oven and bake until cooked through and golden on top, about 40-50 minutes.
 - Allow quiches to cool 15 minutes before serving.
 - Cut each quiche into 5 portions.

 - 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed, chopped
 - 2 cups cheese, cheddar, sharp, shredded
 - 12 ea. egg(s), beaten
 - 2 cups Chef-mate® Country Sausage Gravy
 - salt, to taste
 - pepper, to taste
 - 2 ea. pie crust, 9-inch, deep-dish, prepared
