Country Sausage Quiche

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the scallions, spinach, cheddar, eggs, and gravy. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Divide into two prepared pie crusts.
  4. Place in center of oven and bake until cooked through and golden on top, about 40-50 minutes.
  5. Allow quiches to cool 15 minutes before serving.
  6. Cut each quiche into 5 portions.

  • 8 ea. Scallions, fresh, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed, chopped
  • 2 cups cheese, cheddar, sharp, shredded
  • 12 ea. egg(s), beaten
  • 2 cups Chef-mate® Country Sausage Gravy
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 ea. pie crust, 9-inch, deep-dish, prepared
