Empire’s Treasure® Beer Battered Cod with Sesame Ginger Broccoli


  1. Heat oven to 425.
  2. Slice green onion very thinly, keeping white and green parts separate.
  3. Trim florets from the broccoli, then peel and slice the stem into ¼ “rounds. Toss broccoli stems, broccoli florets, and whites of onion with 3oz Village Garden Empress Sesame Ginger dressing.
  4. Cook Empire’s Treasure Beer Battered Cod in 350 fryer.
  5. Plate 3 oz cooked Asian Pride Jasmine Rice into each dish and top with sesame roasted broccoli. Top rice and vegetables with crispy cod. Drizzle remaining Sesame Ginger dressing over the cod, then sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top.
