Floral Bouquet Salad

Directions

  1. Peel the cucumber, cut off the ends, and cut into three equal cylinders. Remove the seeds from each cylinder. This is the vase to hold the baby greens for display.
  2. Trim the bottom of each baby lettuce. Place one bunch of baby greens in each cucumber cylinder.
  3. Slice the grape tomatoes lengthwise then arrange alternating colors around plate. Serve this creative salad with your favorite Village Garden® salad dressing.

  • 4 tomato(es), golden teardrop
