Floral Bouquet Salad
Directions
- Peel the cucumber, cut off the ends, and cut into three equal cylinders. Remove the seeds from each cylinder. This is the vase to hold the baby greens for display.
- Trim the bottom of each baby lettuce. Place one bunch of baby greens in each cucumber cylinder.
- Slice the grape tomatoes lengthwise then arrange alternating colors around plate. Serve this creative salad with your favorite Village Garden® salad dressing.

- 1 bunch lettuce, romaine, baby

- 1 bunch Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Baby Green Leaf
- 4 Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Grape
- 4 tomato(es), golden teardrop
