Lyonnaise Potatoes


  1. In a large sauté pan heat butter over medium high heat. Add potatoes to pan and cook turning for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Now add onions and cook until caramelized. Season with salt and pepper and serve.  


  • 1 tsp black pepper, ground
  • 4 oz clarified butter
  • 8 oz. onion(s), julienne
  • 2 lb(s) potato(es), white, 1/4 inch half moon slices
  • 1/2 tsp salt, kosher
