Natures Best Capers Cream Cheese


  1. Place cream cheese in mixing bowl with paddle attachment and turn on low.
  2. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and dill to bowl and continue to whip until incorporated.
  3. Remove mixture form bowl and fold in capers and red onions then serve.


  • 1/2 cup Roma® Capers 
  • 3 lbs Nature's Best Dairy® Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce Dill, chopped
  • 3 Peak Fresh Produce® Lemon(s), juice only
  • 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, diced
  • 1 1/2 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
  • 1 tsp Magellan® sea salt
