Negra Modelo Beurre Blanc (For Tilapia)


  1. In a sauté pan place oil over high heat. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Add salt, lime and pepper and beer. Reduce beer by half. Add heavy cream and reduce by half.
  2. Next, slowly whisk in butter. Serve over fish.

  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic, clove(s), minced
  • 1 lime(s), juice of
  • 4 Tbsp. Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
  • 1 Cup(s) Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, Fresh, minced
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), diced
  • 1 pepper(s), green bell, diced
