Pimento Bacon Burger

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat bacon for 12-14 mins (flipping halfway thought) until desired crispness.
  2. Fry the sidewinder fries per manufacturing instructions.
  3. For burger build, add pimento cheese on the bottom bun, followed by the burger and bacon, more pimento cheese, apple & onion slaw and to and serve with fries.

Ingredients

  • 1 ea burger patties, fully cooked
  • 1 ea Wright® Brand Naturally Hickory Smoked Extra Thick Sliced Steak Cut Bacon, halved
  • 1 ea brioche buns, toasted
  • 1 oz cheese, pimento
  • 1 oz Apple and Onion Slaw, (see recipe below)

Apple & Onion Slaw

Directions

  1. Mix granny smith apple, red onion, and bell pepper in a bowl. Set aside for burger build.

Ingredients

  • Granny Smith apples, julienne, as needed
  • onion(s), red, thinly sliced, as needed
  • pepper(s), red bell, small dice, as needed
