Pimento Bacon Burger
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat bacon for 12-14 mins (flipping halfway thought) until desired crispness.
- Fry the sidewinder fries per manufacturing instructions.
- For burger build, add pimento cheese on the bottom bun, followed by the burger and bacon, more pimento cheese, apple & onion slaw and to and serve with fries.
Ingredients
- 1 ea burger patties, fully cooked
- 1 ea Wright® Brand Naturally Hickory Smoked Extra Thick Sliced Steak Cut Bacon, halved
- 1 ea brioche buns, toasted
- 1 oz cheese, pimento
- 1 oz Apple and Onion Slaw, (see recipe below)
Apple & Onion Slaw
Directions
- Mix granny smith apple, red onion, and bell pepper in a bowl. Set aside for burger build.
Ingredients
- Granny Smith apples, julienne, as needed
- onion(s), red, thinly sliced, as needed
- pepper(s), red bell, small dice, as needed
